Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Agreement
By registering for or using the San Andreas Roleplay User Control Panel ("UCP"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the UCP.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by San Andreas Roleplay server rules to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the UCP complies with local law.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
- Notify staff promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account without staff approval
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the UCP to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or staff
- Submit false applications or fraudulent information
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
- Scrape, probe, or overload the service without permission
- Violate applicable law or San Andreas Roleplay server and community rules
All UCP activity may be logged. See Logging & Data Retention.
5. Applications and in-game actions
Submitting an application through the UCP does not guarantee approval. Staff decisions on whitelist, faction, property, and other requests are final unless a formal appeal process is published separately. UCP records may be used as evidence in moderation or dispute proceedings.
6. Staff access and enforcement
Authorized staff may access account data, applications, and audit logs to administer the server, investigate reports, and enforce rules. We may suspend or terminate UCP access, revoke whitelist status, or take in-game action for violations without prior notice where necessary.
7. Service availability
The UCP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur without compensation.
8. Disclaimer
San Andreas Roleplay is a roleplay community project, not a commercial game publisher. We make no warranty that the UCP will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Andreas Roleplay and its staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the UCP, including loss of data, account access, or in-game progress.
10. Legal requests and cooperation
We cooperate with valid legal process. If you are involved in a dispute, investigation, or litigation related to the community, we may preserve and produce relevant UCP records as required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect the community.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact San Andreas Roleplay staff through official Discord or support channels.
